Shipping Policy


Our shipping policy is simple. We ship out all in-stock items within 24 hours or purchase. If an item is a preorder it will be 24 hours from arrival at our warehouse.

Orders that combine in stock with preorder items will be sent when the last item in the order arrives, then the entire order is shipped within 24 hours.


Shipping is based on weight and usually sent via the USPS but we also utilize Fedex and UPS when possible and practical.  Many larger items have these options at checkout. USPS picks up our packages 2x daily, and we have 2 shifts of employees shipping outside of peak times.


Shipping costs are based on weight of item and destination. We DO NOT charge a service charge or a 'handling fee'.  Upon shipping customers are emailed a tracking number and option to track the progress on an app.

Domestic vs. International shipping

We do our best to send the most accurate shipping information to the destination. International shipping may have additional duties or taxes which are not included in our shipping quote. Taxes and import fees may also be extra.

Customer Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with your purchase, returns are allowed within 15 days - just email us at the below email address to arrange a return label. If your item is damaged from shipping please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Returns and Refunds

As we stated we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied for any reason please follow these steps:

1) email within 15 days of purchase

2) provide a reason for the return

3) print off provided return label in response

4) drop off or request pickup for your package

5) upon receipt of the package we will issue a refund
