What happened to the store? Due to increased monthly expenses, we decided to close the retail store rather than cut back on service, quality and selection.
Who put you out of business? Since we didn't go out of business, no one did put us out of business. we have always had a strong online presence and will continue that tradition.
Did local Knoxville competitors put you out of business? We do not have a local competitor, and our 'local competition' was Walmart, GameStop, target. Since we are a regional destination, our competitors are '7 bucks a pop' + 'Plastic Empire' + 'Steel Collectibles' + 'The Pop Shack' + 'Poppin off Toys' all of which treated us with great respect and vice versa.
Will you reopen in the future? The future is what you make it, so that door will always be open to possibilities.
